Are the people answering real, or is it a bot?

They are real people. Every consultation is answered by an expert with their own profile, not an automated system.

You can check before you pay:

• Each expert has a profile, photo, description and country.
• Their availability status is real time: online, busy or offline. An automated system would always be available.
• They have reviews from other users that you can read in full.
• You can choose chat, audio or video call. Video is optional and you decide.

If a conversation ever feels automated, or the behaviour does not match the service, report it from the app.
