Are the reviews genuine, or do the experts write them?

Reviews are written by users who had a session with that expert.

And here is the part that matters most: a negative review is not removed for being negative. An expert can report it, but it is only reviewed when it does not match their service or breaks the platform rules. Disagreeing with the opinion is not grounds for taking it down.

That is why you see profiles with mixed ratings. It is what you should expect: a catalogue where everyone has five stars would be the warning sign, not the reassurance.

Read several full reviews before choosing, not just the score.
