Can I ask for an unfair review to be removed?

You can report it, and it is reviewed only when it does not match your service or breaks the platform rules.

A negative opinion is not deleted for being negative. Disagreeing with what the client wrote is not enough on its own.

Cases like these are reviewed:

• The review refers to another expert or to a session that did not happen
• It contains insults, personal data or content that breaks the rules
• It is clearly unrelated to the service you provided

When you report it, say which of these applies. That speeds up the review, and it is what separates it from a simple difference of opinion.
