If I delete my account, do I lose the minutes I bought?

Yes. Deleting your account permanently erases your minute balance and your conversation history, and that action cannot be undone.

You get a warning before confirming, but it is worth knowing now so it does not take you by surprise.

If what you want is to stop using Orum for a while, you do not need to delete the account: minutes do not expire and there is no active subscription charging you. You can simply stop signing in, and your balance is still there when you come back.

If notifications are what bother you, you can turn them off without deleting anything.
