What do I do if an expert asks me for money outside the app?

Every legitimate Orum payment happens inside the app, through Google Play or App Store. Nobody from Orum and no expert has any reason to ask you for a transfer, a payment through another messaging app, or cash.
Be especially wary if you are asked for money to:
- Lift a supposed curse, binding or evil eye
- Continue the consultation outside the app to save minutes
- Perform an urgent ritual, working or love spell
That fraud pattern is documented by authorities across the region. If it happens to you, report it with the expert name and the date: that is the only way it can be acted on.
