How are experts verified before they can take consultations?

Every expert goes through a review by the Orum team before taking consultations. Not just anyone signs up and starts working.

You also have three tools to decide for yourself:

• Their profile, with description, speciality, country and languages.
• Their reviews, written by people who already consulted them. A negative review is not removed for being negative.
• The report button, available during and after every session.

If an expert asks you for money outside the app, promises a guaranteed result, or behaves in a way that does not match the service, report it. That is the kind of case that does get reviewed.
