Every profile shows its status in real time: online, busy or offline. Checking it uses no balance, so you can look before you start a session.
Every profile shows its status in real time:
- Online — available to take you now
- Busy — in another consultation
- Offline — not available at this moment
Checking the status uses no balance, so look before you open a session. Keep in mind that every session charges at least 1 minute, even if you leave straight away.
Experts come online throughout the day, at different hours. If you find nobody available at one moment, come back later: availability changes during the day.
