Can I report an expert or a session?

Yes. You can report an expert or a specific session from the app, and you can also contact support with the reason Report a session.

Report it especially if any of these happen:

• Someone asks you for money outside the app
• Someone promises a guaranteed result in exchange for an extra payment
• The treatment is offensive, or the behaviour does not match the service
• You suspect the conversation is not being held by the person on the profile

Include the date and the expert name. Every session is recorded, so those details are enough to review what happened.
