You buy a package of minutes when you need it, and that charge does not repeat. There is no automatic renewal, no commitment, and nothing scheduled against your payment method.

If you buy once and never come back, you never pay again. If you want more minutes, you buy them when you decide to.

Every purchase is recorded in your activity history, so you can check what you paid and when at any time.
