Payment is processed on the 18th of each month, as long as your balance reaches the minimum. That day your balance resets and the payment is recorded for sending.

Two things happen that day: your payment record is created and your balance resets to zero. Seeing a zero balance on the 18th is expected, not an error.
Keep in mind that the 18th is when payment is processed, not necessarily when the money reaches your account. Sending happens afterwards.
Before that date, check that your bank details are complete and correct. If they are missing, the payment is generated and the balance resets anyway, so it pays to keep them current.
