Why do I show as offline when I am online?

If you miss three calls in a row, your profile switches to offline automatically.

It is a protection for the client: it stops them from trying to reach someone who appears available but does not answer.

To start receiving consultations again, set yourself online from the app.

So it does not happen without you noticing:

• Go online only when you can genuinely take a consultation
• Check that notifications are enabled and that the app can alert you in the background
• If you are stepping away for a while, mark yourself offline instead of leaving the profile online
